I’m a New Yorker, born and raised, currently living in the Big Apple. I’m a passionate home chef, a sucker for pasta and pizza, and will never turn down a good red.

My passion for cooking and love for food started when I was a little kid - this was definitely a result of growing up in a big Italian family. Sunday’s were dedicated to “Sunday Dinner”, which consisted of antipasto, quail cacciatore, meatballs, fried shrimp, and homemade ravioli and cavatelli with Sunday Sauce.
